Billing & Meter Readings
Deposit Requirements
All electric service accounts shall be required to maintain a consumer deposit in an amount to be determined by the District.
All accounts for which service has been reinstated after being disconnected for non-payment shall be maintained in an amount of not less that $300 nor more than $2,000 as determined by District management.
The exact amount of the deposit required should be equal to approximately 2 times the estimated billing for the highest usage month of the calendar year.
